Refund Policy

1. Refund Principles

Kfoodup subscription is billed monthly. A full refund is available if the service has not been used within 7 days of the billing date.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Full refund if no service usage within 7 days of billing
• Pro-rata refund for service outages lasting more than 7 days
• Full refund for billing errors such as duplicate charges

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• After 7 days from billing date or if service has been used
• Service unavailability due to user's own fault (account suspension, etc.)

4. Refund Process

Refund requests can be submitted to kfoodup@gmail.com and will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
